The mission was to announce the unveiling of a real estate development in downtown Kelowna and use targeted digital ads to quickly drive quality leads to the sales team. We used advanced data science to model existing similar data-sets and then power the data through our machine learning. We used predictive analysis and expert human and machine media buying to earn an average of ​8.24% ​CTR and only ​21 cents ​per action on Facebook and over 132K targeted keyword impressions across the Google Network.

The client was very pleased with the results and we delivered highly qualified leads to the sales team. The purchaser reports showed that over 50% of buyers cited social media ads as the source of referral and we hit our targets far ahead of schedule.
